Taking Photos

Today I took Zoey to get her pictures taken again. I can't wait to see them. She had some adorable one's. Sarah, the photographer takes amazing photos. I know it will be difficult to choose as it always is!

Zoey has been growing so fast. She is in some 12 month clothes. She's not chubby, just long. Where she got that from we don't quite know yet. The first photo is of Zoey in her Montana outfit that my friend Molly sent her. It was cold and windy that day she wore it. She sported the hat all day. Do they make these in adult sizes?? The second photo is from today. I submitted her photo to the Omaha World Herald for the Babies 2008 special edition. Not too bad for an average mom taking some snapshots! Look for her picture May 10th. I'm sure she'll be the covergirl.

Zoey is rolling around now. Scootin along, backwards, try to do the crawling thing. She definitely shows her attitude a little at night. Loves going for walks and being outside. Just loves to look around. Her big blue eyes is the first thing people notice. And of course her contagious smile. How could you not love that! We are looking forward to more nice days. Oh, and today our jogging stroller got a flat tire! So we have to get it fixed so we can go out on our adventures. Even though I am loosing my job, I feel very fortunate that I have been able to spend a little more time with Zoey. If it is only for a short time, I cherish every moment. And that includes the times I'm completely exhausted and she will not stop crying. I know that means I'm doing a good job at this mother thing and she's crying because she needs me. I hope she will always need me...in one way or another.
